Title:  Cylinder Production Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cylinder Production Engineer to provide strategic at our production plant. This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning according to the technical specifications of cylinders in line with the cylinder production program,
• Conducting analyses of coating baths when necessary, interpreting the analyses and taking relevant actions,
• Monitoring the processes of cylinders supplied from external sources,
• Performing and monitoring hardness and cylinder surface checks of cylinders to be produced and produced,
• Conducting studies to increase monthly production quantity and reduce waste rate,
• Conducting studies to improve product quality, reduce product costs and implement new processes and methods to increase safety,
• Monitoring materials to be used according to the plan and initiating the purchasing process for chemicals,
• Suggesting methods to ensure the efficiency of production systems,
• Assisting in the execution of maintenance activities,
• Identifying production problems and developing solutions,
• Monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions,
• Managing 5S activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years university degree in Chemical Engineering/Metallurgy and Materials Engineering.
• Fluency in English (Written and Spoken).
• Preferably experience in manufacturing.
• Preferably knowledge of nickel, copper, and chrome plating.
• Knowledge of products, production processes, and machinery.
• Preferably knowledge of 5S practices.
