We are seeking an experienced Financial Control Manager to provide strategic financial direction and optimize performance at our production plant. This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Control: Lead financial controlling activities for the production plant. Oversee budgeting, income-expense analysis, and profitability reporting processes.
  • Cost Accounting & Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of production costs, including materials, labor, and overheads.
  • Profitability Analysis: Perform product-specific profitability assessments in collaboration with project teams. Work closely with production and project teams to evaluate financial implications.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate collection and tracking of financial data (revenues, expenses, profits, assets, cash flow). Prepare monthly financial reports in compliance with IFRS standards. Report financial performance to local management, the Board of Directors (BOD), and global shareholders.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and prepare financial forecasts aligned with production strategies.
  • Audit & Compliance: Manage both independent and internal audit processes, ensuring compliance with legal and industry-specific accounting standards. Oversee company compliance strategies.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial and operational risks, including currency fluctuations and raw material price changes. Develop mitigation strategies and monitor industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, and profitability analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry and within a multinational supplier.
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Proven experience in IFRS audit processes.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Solid background in cost control processes.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data effectively.
  • No travel restrictions (ability to travel as required).
