In this role, you will leverage your expertise to manage key accounts, foster strong client relationships, and drive business growth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver innovative packaging solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.Actively search for and develop new business opportunities and customers.
- Business Development: Identify and initiate new product projects to expand our market presence. Follow Constantia Flexibles' and the Business Segment Processed Meat & Beverage’s market strategy to align with company goals.
- Sales Achievement: Achieve agreed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Growth Contribution: Contribute to the sustainable and profitable growth of Constantia Flexibles by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Market Strategy Implementation: Implement and adhere to Cflex’s market strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:
- Industry Expertise: Good knowledge of packaging products and the industry.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, French, and German are a must.
- Customer Orientation: High level of customer and service orientation.
- Business Acumen: Commercial awareness and business knowledge.
- Experience: ~ 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager or Business Developer in Flexible Packaging or the Food Industry.
