YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Lead Pipeline Management
    Support pipeline meetings, lead management and reporting by defining and tracking KPIs, managing dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to support strategies decision-making.
  • Drive Sales Growth Target Planning
    Support growth initiatives by breaking down strategies to actionable growth targets on regional and account management level.
  • Drive Sales Enablement
    Support territory and headcount planning, and equip teams with tools, training, and onboarding programs.
  • Coordinate Tools, Incentives & Collaboration
    Implement new sales technologies, manage compensation programs, and foster alignment between sales, leadership, and other departments.
  • Optimize Sales Processes
    Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes to drive sales growth, efficiency and align cross-functional teams like marketing, product management, operations and finance.

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • ~5+ years of experience in sales or sales operations, preferably within the packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of supporting sales teams and driving operational efficiency.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies.

 

Personal Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with sales, finance, and executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong enabler to drive processes and projects
  • Fluent in English (written / spoken), any other language is a plus

Start: as of now

Hours: Fulltime

Compensation: depending on the job-related experience, starting at 80.000 EUR gross a year (based on the collective bargain agreement of the metal industry if located in Vienna/Austria).
