Title:  Junior Group Tax and Intercompany Specialist

Description: 
  • Performing monthly tax calculations (including deferred taxes, corporate income tax, and VAT)
  • Preparing and submitting monthly VAT returns
  • Creating intercompany invoices and ensuring accurate monthly intercompany reconciliations
  • Supporting internal tax reporting and compliance activities
  • Contributing to international projects, both technical and professional
  • Acting as a point of contact for tax-related matters within the accounting department
  • Assisting with tax audits, tax returns, and external audits
  • Completed higher education (Degree in Economics with a focus on tax or similar qualification)
  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in similar role. Ideally in an international company. 
  • General understanding of financial processes
  • Knowledge of IFRS, UGB, and tax regulations
  • Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • IT affinity: SAP FI knowledge is an advantage
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Location: Vienna, Austria (with the option to work partially from Home Office)
  • Start: as of now
  • Hours: Fulltime (38.5 h/w)
  • Compensation: depending on the job-related experience & competencies, ~ 60.000 EUR gross a year (based on the collective bargain agreement of the metal industry if located in Vienna/Austria).
