Junior Data & Transformation Analyst
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Junior Data & Transformation Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the ongoing transformation project within Constantia Flexibles. The position holder will be a key player alongside the Cheif Transformation Officer, in the process of gathering and analyzing company wide data and providing insights to the Management Board.
- Project Coordination: Support the Chief Transformation Officer in coordinating transformation initiatives, ensuring timely execution of project tasks and deliverables.
- IT Tool Implementation & Administration: Assist with the rollout, implementation, and ongoing administration of a new IT solution.
- Data Management & Analysis: Collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis; generate insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Finance and other Group functions to align on data needs and contribute to the success of transformation efforts.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: You hold a degree in International Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: You bring at least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in an international or cross-functional environment.
- Project Involvement: You have experience supporting or leading internal projects. Exposure to transformation or change initiatives is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and have a solid understanding of data analytics and reporting tools.
- Language Skills: You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are a plus.
