Internal Auditor & Policy Coordinator

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

The Internal Auditor & Policy Coordinator plays a crucial role in bridging internal audit functions with policy development and oversight. This position ensures that processes and standards align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

 

Internal Auditor Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits across Cflex Group to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions to mitigate financial, operational, or compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including plant management, to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
  • Ensure proper documentation of audit procedures, findings, and resolutions.

 

Policy Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting corporate policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a centralized repository for all policies and ensure documents are properly updated and distributed.
  • Support policy training and communication efforts globally.
  • Track policy implementation progress and adoption rates across regions.

 

 

Requirements:

 

Qualifications:

  • Relevant education in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics or similar. 
  • Min.2 years of experience in internal audit, policy administration, compliance, or a related field. Preferably in international company. 

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills. 
  • Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
