Internal Auditor & Policy Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Internal Auditor & Policy Coordinator plays a crucial role in bridging internal audit functions with policy development and oversight. This position ensures that processes and standards align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Internal Auditor Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits across Cflex Group to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions to mitigate financial, operational, or compliance issues.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including plant management, to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
- Ensure proper documentation of audit procedures, findings, and resolutions.
Policy Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting corporate policies and procedures.
- Maintain a centralized repository for all policies and ensure documents are properly updated and distributed.
- Support policy training and communication efforts globally.
- Track policy implementation progress and adoption rates across regions.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Relevant education in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics or similar.
- Min.2 years of experience in internal audit, policy administration, compliance, or a related field. Preferably in international company.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
