Group Procurement Data & Systems Analyst (m/f/d)

 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

 

As Group Procurement Data & Systems Analyst, you will support our Group Procurement Department by providing data insights and maintaining digital tools. This role offers a great opportunity for career development, combining analytical work with system administration and process improvement. You will help ensure data integration across platforms, contributing to better decision-making and operational efficiency. 

 

  • Analyze procurement spend, supplier performance, and compliance metrics.
  • Support reporting cycles and automate data flows.
  • Collaborate with Group Procurement and IT Teams.
  • Drive data quality initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights to Category Managers and Finance Teams.

 

 Requirements:

 

  • Completed higher education in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in data management, processing, and analysis.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in procurement, finance, data analytics, or systems support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Interest in SAP BW and Azure data environments.

  • Start: as of now
  • Hours: Fulltime (38.5 h/w)
  • Compensation: depending on the job-related experience & competencies, ~ 50.000 EUR gross a year (based on the collective bargain agreement of the metal industry if located in Vienna/Austria).
