Group Internal Auditor (m/f/d)
Duties & Responsibilities:
As Group Internal Auditor at Constantia Flexibles, you will ensure compliance and drive improvements through audits and recommendations. This role offers opportunities for collaboration, skill enhancement, and career growth within our global company.
- Participate in internal audits across all Constantia Flexibles locations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations .
- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports with findings and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement action plans for addressing audit findings.
- Support the Group Internal Audit team with ad hoc tasks and projects
Requirements
- Relevant education in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, process improvement, business consulting, or a related field, preferably in an international company.
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, CISA, CRMA, or other relevant qualifications are considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in analyzing and interpreting data sets, ideally using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills. Additional languages will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in diverse teams and cultural environments.

- Start: as of now
- Hours: Fulltime (38.5 h/w)
- Compensation: depending on the job-related experience & competencies, ~ 70.000 EUR gross a year (based on the collective bargain agreement of the metal industry if located in Vienna/Austria).
