Corporate Sustainability Specialist

Your Duties & Responsibilities:

 

As Corporate Sustainability Specialist you are part of the Group Sustainability Team and located at our headquarter in Vienna. You report directly to the Team Leader Group Sustainability and among your exciting daily duties and responsibilities are:

 

  • Acting as the main contact person for all internal and external corporate sustainability related topics
  • Managing the group wide environmental data collection
  • Calculating greenhouse gas emissions according to international standards with close contact to product sustainability
  • Keeping track of group sustainability targets and steering operationalization
  • Initiating and leading projects to improve the company’s sustainability performance
  • Conducting internal and external sustainability reporting and communication (newsletters, presentations, reports, external rating platforms)
  • Participating in supply chain spanning initiatives

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • University Graduate (Scientific /Technical Studies)
  • 3 years of experience in corporate sustainability
  • Familiarity with best practices and principles associated with sustainability and environmental conservation
  • Professional experience in non-financial reporting, ideally in the manufacturing industry
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Fluent in English (German is an advantage)
  • Structured way of working, analytical thinking and affinity to work with numbers
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Working hours: Fulltime (38,5h/ per week)
  • The minimum annual gross salary according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement amounts to € 50.286,18 plus overpayment (for full time). The overpayment depends on the qualifications of the jobholder.
