Customer Service Representative
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative constantly works on keeping and growing our customer relationships. Within this role you are located in our Sales Office - Constantia Emballage France - in Versailles acting as the main link between customers, account managers, supply chain and other functions, taking over full responsibility for customer orders. Other exciting tasks among the daily duties of the Customer Service Responsible are:
- Taking ownership of customer orders from order receipt to invoicing as well as processing related information in a timely manner to our production sites based in France, Austria, Germany, Italy, Poland and Denmark
- Proactively seeking out and processing customer orders, coordinating between the customers and all other departments involved in the production processes
- Maintaining and improving the level of customer service to all customer categories
- Handling customer claims in collaboration with quality control and R&D
- Supporting our Key Account Managers in collecting and communicating information related to products, orders, customers and processes in order to enable sales/tender negotiations and price quotations
- Receiving and following up on forecasted and actual customer data to ensure accurate supply chain planning processes
- Controlling and tracking of billing and incoming payments within the agreed timeframes
- Supporting with critical customer complaints
Technical Attributes:
- Finished bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proficient with computer and software applications including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, Teams application
- Fluent in French, English and Dutch (written and oral)
- German or any other language skills are preferred
