Customer Service Advisor

 

We currently have a position for the role of Customer Service Advisor.  The role reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Respond effectively to all customer enquiries and order enquiries.
  • Carry out customer order processing with existing and new designs, liaising internally to capture best delivery dates and sorting amendments.
  • Provide to customers all necessary product and process information.
  • Accurately maintain customer and procedure records.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction 

 

Requirements:

 

  • 1 to 2 years customer services experience within a similar role.
  •  Preference for Industry background – comfort with technical terms
