Jr. Account Manager
General Purpose of the position
Working closely together with the responsible Account Manager for Italy you are supporting in managing relations with existing and new customers in the territory in order to achieve sales and profitability targets. While learning you will gradually gain more and more responsibilities. Your overall team goal is to increase market share and sales volume, as well as to strengthen customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities - Key Activities
- Support the responsible Account Manager for Italy in all sales related tasks, including backoffice activities.
- Gradually taking over responsibility for smaller accounts in Italy and strengthen customer satisfaction through professional relationship management.
- Support in managing the client portfolio, maintaining and developing long-term relationships.
- Identify and address customer needs with solutions from Constantia – including our growing portfolio of sustainable packaging solutions. Contribute to the market introduction of new products, ensuring their sales and profit growth.
- Support in planning activities to appoint and enroll new customers.
- Support the organization and participation in periodic visits, events and trade fairs to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Participate in the sales forecasts and budgeting process for the sales territory. Also participate in periodic company meetings, to evaluate results. (e.g. Sales Meetings and Management meetings)
- Collaborate in drafting proposals and sales offers, focusing on cost control and revenue optimization.
- Participate in Customer Satisfaction activities, promoting a culture of product quality and customer focus.
- Act as an interface between customers and Cflex San Prospero. Facilitate the flow of relevant information from customers to various company departments.
- Ensure integration and collaboration with other company functions (Customer Service, Quality, Administration, Production) to guarantee synergy and company efficiency.

- finished technical or economical studies.
- possibly first sales experience
- interest in technical products and manufacturing processes
- open minded personality with excellent communication and relation building skills
- willingness and ambition to learn and grow
- economic understanding and analytical skills
- good English skills for internal communications.
- MS Office (SAP is a plus)
- readiness to travel
