Title:  IT Field Service Agent (m/f)

City:  Poličnik
Description: 
  • Manage and administer the local IT environment (network, infrastructure, local servers, applications)
  • Provide user support and guidance on new software and computer equipment
  • Set up, configure, and maintain employee workstations
  • Work on long‑term technical solutions and resolve daily technical cases
  • Document support cases and contribute to knowledge sharing
  • Maintain and optimize the local computer network
  • Ensure compliance with Group IT policies and procedures (Incident, Request, Change Management)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve local incidents/problems, including escalations to Field Support
  • Support planning and execution of local upgrades and maintenance
  • Collaborate with Global IT teams and assist other IT engineers when needed
  • Completed IT studies or technical training with several years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in Croatian and English (written and spoken)
  • Solid understanding of core IT operations (software, hardware, IT equipment)
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure and performance optimization
  • Hands‑on experience with local server administration and application support
  • Strong, structured troubleshooting skills
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL principles
  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for IT support
  • Customer‑ and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience supporting cloud-based solutions
