Specialist HR Analytics and Reporting (m/f/d)

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

You are supporting the Group HR team in the following main areas of responsibilities:

 

  • Creating of KPIs in the HR environment
  • Ensuring data quality as part of monthly reporting
  • Developing and maintaining of PeopleAnalytics in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Continuing the expansion and improvement of our HR reporting tools
  • Supporting with collecting data and creating ad-hoc reports
  • Coordinating the CSR reporting (Corporate Social Responsibility) 
  • Preparating audits in cooperation with the local companies on site
  • Coordinating external auditors and our plants worldwide in the course of audits on CSR and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)

 

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Completed business studies or comparable qualification
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage 
  • Experience in the area of CSR and ESG is a must
  • Min. 2 years of professional experience in similar position ideally in production industry
  • High IT affinity and very good analytical skills
  • Ability to grasp and systematically process complex issues
  • Reliability and passion for analytical and reporting topics
  • Team spirit and service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and organizational skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English / any other language would be an advantage
  • Willingness for business trips (approximately 10%)
