Head of Product Management Constantia Pirk Film & Paper / Alu

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Is responsible for the leadership and succession planning of the Plant Product Management community assigned to
•    Follows and implements key priorities & KPI's set by the respective Strategic Market PM at plant level
•    Represents direct line manager for all Plant Product Manager of the respective production plant and substrate
•    Assures the fitness and competitiveness of the related plant product portfolio assigned to

•    Assures the continuous, global strategy implementation of the respective substrate at plant level

•    Assures implementation of product standards and ongoing portfolio optimization/standardization at plant level

•    Assures and drives the transformation of the related plant product portfolio into a sustainable product portfolio.

•    Steers and drives development and implementation of innovative product concepts at plant level

•    Steers trial and customer project management at plant level.

•    Assures specification reengineering and continuous product cost improvements at pant level

•    Risk management: Implementation of alternative raw materials at plant level
•    Assures know-how transfer and know-how sharing within the Product Management Community at plant level
•    Close cooperation with Plant Management at all levels

 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical background with substantial number of years of experience in Product Management and/or equivalent
  • Experience in the processing of Aluminum and/or Film/Paper, ideally within the context of (flexible) packaging
  • First experience in a managerial role
  • Very good MS Office Skills as well as Project Management Skills
  • Fluent in English and German (oral and written)
