Title: Maintenance Manager
I. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The position holder is responsible for technical supervision and maintenance of production machinery and equipment, ensure they always operate smoothly and safely to serve production goals.
II. MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement preventive & predictive maintenance programs to ensure high equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
- Plan, organize and supervise all maintenance and repair activities for production machinery and equipment.
- Manage Mechanical & Electrical Workshops; assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure maintenance work is completed safely and effectively.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures; define corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage spare parts forecasting and purchasing plans to support timely maintenance and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure equipment readiness and production continuity.
- Supervise external contractors and ensure third-party maintenance work meets technical, quality, and safety standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Control maintenance budget and expenses; evaluate cost-saving and machine optimization opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP, ISO, FSSC 22000, internal policies, and audit requirements; maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
III. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance management in a multinational manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, automation systems and production equipment.
- Proven experience in preventive & predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Experience in maintenance budget control, spare parts management, and cost optimization.
- Solid people leadership, coordination, and cross-functional communication skills.
