SAP Project Manager
Abou the role:
We are looking for a SAP Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA rollouts across our production sites, with a focus on Finance and Logistics. In this role, you will oversee complex project implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive change management initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery in a dynamic, international environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Management of strategic and interdisciplinary SAP projects, focusing on full rollouts across all areas of a production company.
- Coordination of projects through all phase, from initial studies to implementatio, using established methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Controlling internal and external project resources in a complex environment, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, IT management, and business units.
- Driving change management initiatives, supporting departments in defining requirements and preparing functional specifications
- Providing regular project updates to the steering committee, including progress, budget, effort, risks, and milestone tracking
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex IT projects within the SAP environment.
- Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with business units, IT teams, and external service providers.
- Solid understanding of SAP modules, particularly in Finance & Accounting and the full logistics chain, including production processes.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving goals.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience in implementing SAP solutions across international organizations.
- Willingness to travel between 25% and 40% of the time.
