Office 365/ SharePoint Engineer

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Office 365/SharePoint Engineer who will be responsible for the management of Office 365 and Azure services daily. As a part of our IT Operations team, you will administrate, operate, and support tasks related to Office 365 services.

Your duties & responsibilities:

  • Design and implement business solutions based on SharePoint platform.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver new solutions.
  • Perform business analysis.
  • Operations support of SharePoint Online.
  • Solving SharePoint technical issues.
  • Supporting SharePoint migration to SharePoint Online.
  • Acting as 2nd/3rd line of support for SharePoint solutions.
  • Automate existing manual processes (PowerShell, Azure Runbooks, Power Automate).

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in IT area.
  • 1 years’ experience in managing SharePoint Online.
  • Experience in creating SharePoint solutions based on PowerAutomate /Power Apps.
  • University degree in IT area or similar.
  • Experience in creating SharePoint sites based on business requirements.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, estimating of project implementation efforts, managing project tasks.
  • Experience in working with business stakeholders, suggesting possible options to business.
  • PowerShell scripting experience, PnP PowerShell framework knowledge.
