Title:  Junior Divisional Controller

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supporting month‑end close as well as the planning and reporting cycle (budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning) by preparing information packages, reports, and presentations.
• Developing data‑warehouse-based reporting solutions to provide management with transparent analysis of key drivers affecting divisional performance.
• Monitoring divisional performance including P&L, Working Capital, Cash Flow, and key business initiatives (sales, margins, product portfolio, costs, inventories, receivables, payables, operating and investing cash flows, etc.).
• Continuously improving methods and tools to enhance efficiency, transparency, and overall reporting quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a controlling or finance department, including month‑end closing and reporting; experience in a production company is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and solid experience with MS Office tools.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with quick comprehension, problem‑solving abilities, and a solution‑oriented approach.
• High motivation, self‑initiative, willingness to learn, and strong team spirit.
• University degree preferably in controlling, accounting, finance, or a related field.
