Internal Reporting & Analytics Analyst

About the role: 

We are looking for an experienced Internal Reporting & Analytics Analyst to join our Finance team. You will be responsible for comprehensive data reporting for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, covering actuals, forecasts, and budget figures. You will serve as the interface between the legal entity, reporting services, group functions, and divisions, providing detailed standardized and ad-hoc data analysis.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal reporting for actuals, budgets, and forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Support auditors with the IFRS reporting package.
  • Manage liquidity forecasting, planning, and management.
  • Prepare and present forecast and budget reports.
  • Integrate new companies into the service portfolio.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and continuously develop systems and tools (SAP) in collaboration with the IT.
  • Enhance standardized analytics processes.
  • Assist with cash management and financing issues.
  • Prepare and support internal audits.

 

Our requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Proven experience in controlling or reporting area.
  • University degree (preferably in finance or accounting).
  • Very good English language skills.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • High accuracy and strong time and self-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
