ITSM Platform Specialist
About the role:
Through a combination of technical expertise, process design skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality IT services provide oversight of the ITSM platform and processes to ensure optimal performance and return on investment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ITSM platform
- Assist with defining and analysing ITSM performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas requiring attention
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and support tasks
- Collaborate with IT and Business units to tailor the ITSM platform to meet organizational needs
- Develop and implement system integrations and process automation
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and configuration
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users
- Stay current with the latest ITSM platform features and updates
Requirements:
- University degree in a IT or similiar area.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in IT service management, with a focus on Enterprise ITSM platform/tool administration and enhancement.
- Demonstrable knowledge/certification on Enterprise ITSM Platforms.
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Certification in ITIL or ITSM is highly recommended.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
