Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

About the role:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer, a specialist who will manage and support the Microsoft D365 ERP platform. As part of the team, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, testing, and support of new business requests in the D365 ERP environment. You will support the platform running at one of our plants, Constantia Flexibles Copenhagen, closely cooperating with business.

 

Your duties & responsibilities:

  • Utilize D365 to design, develop, document, test, and debug modules and extensions.
  • Write technical specifications based on conceptual designs and business requirements.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies for potential implementation.
  • Support D365 consultants in resolving current incidents and problems.
  • Manage and process ERP change requests according to the Change Management process.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and end users to create innovative business solutions.
  • Work with external partners on technical implementation, training, and support.
  • Coordinate with Management and Application Owners to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare KPI reports.
  • Create and maintain IT documentation, manuals, and procedures, and assist in optimizing systems, processes, and reports.
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize time and multiple project activities.

 

Our requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Documented experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
  • University degree (preferably in IT).
  • Advanced development skills in X++, SQL, and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Object-Oriented programming using X++.
  • Experience with SSRS reporting and EDI integrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including MS SQL Server and Azure SQL.
  • SureStep knowledge – nice to have.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Strong team spirit, cooperative approach, and willingness to learn new things.
  • Customer Service orientation and experience in building relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Availability for business travels to Copenhagen, approximately 4-5 times per year.
