Trainee, Export - Import Operations

We are seeking an Export – Import Operations Trainee to support our Logistics team at Constantia Propak’s İzmir office for 6 months, working 5 days a week.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the company’s logistics strategy.
  • Manage daily shipment plans across all sales channels.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and 3PL partners.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for the logistics department.
  • Ensure accurate inventory record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
