Jr. Specialist, Sales

Position Overview:

The Key Account Support Specialist will assist the Key Account Manager in managing key accounts to achieve sales and profitability targets. This role requires a high level of communication, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will report on sales activities within the territory and perform other duties as assigned by the first line manager. This position involves working with various international and domestic customers, as well as collaborating with UK countries within a matrix structure.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support Key Account Management:

    • Assist the Key Account Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets for key accounts.
    • Provide administrative support and handle daily operations related to key accounts.
  • Communication and Relationship Building:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Facilitate effective communication between the Key Account Manager, customers, and internal departments.
  • Sales Reporting:

    • Report on sales activities and performance within the assigned territory.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to the Key Account Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordination and Collaboration:

    • Work with international and domestic customers to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with Central European countries and other regions as part of a matrix structure to support key accounts.
  • Additional Duties:

    • Perform other duties as assigned by the first line manager.
    • Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • Very good command of English is a must, plus German is preferred,

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix structure and with diverse teams.
  • Previous experience in sales support, account management, or a related field is preferred.
