Jr. Customer Service Specialist, Key Accounts
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Specialist to support our Sales Team who will be responsible for all daily operations related to the sales process end-to-end. This position is based in Istanbul.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Team in achieving sales and profitability targets for key accounts.
- Provide administrative support and handle daily operations related to key accounts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Sales Team, customers, and internal departments.
- Report on sales activities and performance within the assigned territory.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to the Sales Team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Work with international and domestic customers to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with European countries and other regions as part of a matrix structure to support key accounts.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is essential; plus German is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix structure and with diverse teams.
- Previous experience in sales support, account management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
