Title: Finance Analyst
I. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Financial Analyst is responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis, accurate calculations and management reports to control and enhance the company's financial performance.
II. MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform various financial analyses and calculations, including but not limited to sales performance, cost analysis, saving initiatives, and provide value-added recommendations to support business decisions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with all internal departments in the company at both local and group levels to stay informed of business developments and provide timely financial insights.
- Understand thoroughly company’s ERP system, processes and financial procedures.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely management reports (month-end, year-end, and other periodic reports) to Group / Division.
- Support forecasting and annual budgeting processes under allocation of Finance Controller.
- Perform other tasks and ad-hoc analyses assigned by Finance Controller.
Success in this role will be measured by:
- The quality analyses and relevant value-added recommendations.
- Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial and management reports.
III. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Foreign Trade. Other related degrees and certifications are plus.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Finance, Auditing, Accounting, Controlling, with a manufacturing company in a multinational context is an advantage.
- Strong Excel skills, knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, local GAAP and IFRS.
- Fundamental knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Good English communication, both written and spoken.
