Description: 
  • Participation in the development and implementation of the HR strategy in accordance with the Company's business objectives.
  • Management of key HR processes: recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee development, training, performance management, compensation and rewards, and employee retention.
  • Development of competencies, employer branding, and management of employee engagement, motivation, and well-being.
  • Participation in organizational structure planning, job systematization and evaluation, as well as compensation policy development.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor legislation, collective agreements, and internal policies.
  • Participation in internal and external audits and presentation of HR processes in accordance with the requirements of ISO, HACCP, BRCGS, and other applicable standards.
  • Cooperation with management and the Group's HR teams in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Performing other tasks within the field of Human Resources according to the needs of the position and upon the instructions of the supervisor.
  • College or university degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in independent or managerial positions within the Human Resources function.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR processes.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach.
  • Active command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
