Plant Controller

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the plant’s annual budget and periodic forecasts
  • Monitor and analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast
  • Ensure accurate Cost Control & timely Reporting
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Support cross-functional projects and contribute to financial tool development

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s/High school diploma in Business or Economics
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing and multinational context
  • Fluent English
  • Experience and knowledge of Navision, Power BI system and SAP
  • Proactivity, willingness to learn and get involved, attention to detail and strong analytical skills, effective communication and relationship-building abilities, as well as a solid aptitude for problem solving and teamwork
