Industrial Controller m/f/d

 

Duties & Responsabilities:

 

  • Data management and analysis of production performances and company performance, proposing continuous improvement ideas, in alignment with technical/ production department

 

  • Active collaboration with other plants controller/ divisional projects

 

  • Active participation in cost-saving projects

 

  • Advanced management of the item costing process (variance analysis)

 

  • Management of industrial accounting

 

  • Detailed analysis of Working Capital performance

 

  • Identification of necessary changes in the company's ERP, following their implementation with the developers

 

  • Contribute to build and maintain Power BI Dashboard

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Management Engineering/ Statistics or economics subjects

 

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing and multinational context

 

  • Fluent English

 

  • Experience with corporate ERP (preferably Navision) and knowledge of Power BI system

 

  • Data Analyst mindset and skills

 

  • Proactivity, precision and good communication skills
