Account Manager

 

I. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION 

 

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new market opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth for the company.

 

II. MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products and services.
  • Directly manage customers in the assigned region.
  • Timely update delivery progress, identify and resolve any arising issues.
  • Advise customers on product technical standards to meet their needs and align with the company's production capabilities.
  • Develop periodic business plans (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • Advise customers on optimal ordering plans.
  • Seek and develop new customers, new products to expand the market and increase sales.
  • Continuously update market information and relevant legal regulations.
  • Monitor business performance, analyze data, and report results to management.
  • Manage customer debt collection results within the scope of responsibility.
  • Other relevant tasks as assigned by Head of Sales.

 

III. REQUIREMENTS

 

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales management.
  • Experience in packaging, pharmaceutical industry, label, chemical is preferred.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Growth mind set, positive attitude, team player.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Workplace: in Central or Northern Vietnam
