Project Manager Procurement Excellence
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Project Manager Procurement Excellence is responsible for managing specific procurement projects in accordance with the overall defined project governance and tools. The role can be located all across Europe, whereever Constantia Flexibles has an entity, with regular travelling to the Headquarter in Vienna. The Project Manager Procuremet Excellence is directly reporting to the VP Procurement Excellence. Among his/her exciting tasks are:
- Managing and optimizing procurement projects and campaigns, ensuring that they drive 360 degrees value, is compliant with company policies and regulations
- Supporting the category management and cross-functional teams with best practices, tools and templates to drive a pipeline of opportunities
- Developing and executing communication, training and influence to support implementation and continuous improvement
- Preparing the planning, execution and organization of campaigns
- Driving the development of process reporting and KPI’s, including monthly reports
- Building working relationships and trust with key stakeholders
- Develop project management as a key competence for the procurement function and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Strong proficiency in Business English and local language
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong project management and change management skills gathered in international projects
- Profound skills in MS Office applications
Experience:
- 6 years' previous experience in procurement and/or project management would be desired
- Previous experience with applying lean / six sigma principles in a production environment and leading process improvement / transformation would be a plus
- Extensive experience and project track record within a multinational matrix organization
- Demonstrated ability to successfully influence people and teams at all levels without direct authority toward a shared vision

The minimum annual gross salary for Austria according to the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement amounts to € 52.197,04 plus overpayment (for full time). The overpayment depends on the qualifications of the jobholder. The minimum annual gross salary for other locations can vary according to local tariff agreements.
