Business Partner / Deputy Head of Group Compensation & Benefits
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Compensation & Benefits as Deputy in day-to-day task and projects.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits processes that align with the company strategy.
- Support Group HR related processes and lead the annual performance review and compensation alignment cycle.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structure.
- Manage and oversee payroll, bonus programs (STI & LTI) and other compensation initiatives.
- Analyze and report compensation data and trends to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain our internal job grading system (lead international roll out)
- Drive and manage projects to ensure that Constantia applies with the EU directive on gender pay transparency.
- Planning and personnel budget responsibility for the corporate headquarters
- Develop and maintain global HR policies & guidelines.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Min. 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or a similar role – in an international company.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with compensation data/data modeling.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills as well as stakeholder management skills (C-Level).
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems (ideally SuccessFactors).

The minimum annual gross salary according to the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement amounts to € 52.886,82 plus overpayment (for full time). The overpayment depends on the qualifications of the jobholder.
